Mentors
Shape What Comes Next.
A single conversation, example, or relationship can change the direction of a young person’s life.

Mentorship matters
Be the Person Who Opens a Door.
Young people need more than information. They need adults who can model discipline, professionalism, service, resilience, and what a career in public safety actually demands.
Fire & EMS Mentors
Share career insight, standards, station culture, training expectations, and the meaning of service.
Healthcare Mentors
Expose students to clinical careers, patient care, professionalism, education, and pathways beyond Fire Rescue.
Community Mentors
Support leadership, academics, career development, public speaking, financial literacy, and life skills.
The standard
Mentorship With Boundaries and Accountability.
Mentor roles are being developed around screening, training, youth protection, and appropriate supervision. Specific opportunities and participation requirements will be shared when confirmed.
Mentors support the people already invested in a student’s future: their family, school, instructors, and community. The goal is consistent encouragement, clear expectations, and a positive example of service.
